Our fall conferences are coming up on Thursday, October 13 and Tuesday, October 18. These are fifteen-minute, student-led, goal-setting conferences in which students share with you their strengths and the challenges that they are facing this year. It is very important that the students come to the conference to share with you their goals for the year. Your child’s advisor will be facilitating the meeting.

Scheduled meetings will take place on Thursday, October 13 from 4:30 to 8:00 pm and on Tuesday, October 18 from 4:30 to 8:00 pm. Students will be bringing sign-up sheets home soon. In addition, the morning of Wednesday, October 19, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, is available for parents to drop-in and meet with individual teachers.

Plastic Bottles

The Ramsey Middle School Science Department is in need of plastic soda bottles! Clear, clean, 20 oz, 1 liter, or 2 liter bottles with the caps (if you have them). The thin plastic water bottles with the small caps cannot be used as they do not fit our equipment. Drop your bottles off in the Main Office. Thank you!

Helping Your Kids Dream, Plan and Succeed

Both students and parents are encouraged to attend a family night with Project SUCCESS. Project SUCCESS, a youth development organization working at Ramsey this year, will lead our parents and students in interactive workshops to facilitate discussion about dreams and goals and how these discussions help provide a framework for success in school. The event will be Tuesday, October 11, from 6:30 to 8:00 pm at Ramsey. More details to come... SAVE THE DATE!
